Description

You will manage data project requirements by bridging business needs with technical execution across ETL processes and visualization platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed requirements for ETL processes, Power BI reports, and QlikView dashboards.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications for SQL databases and data lake environments.
• Create data mapping documentation to ensure seamless integration between applications and services.
• Define data ingestion and processing requirements for data warehouse and data lake architectures.
• Support data applications through rigorous business analysis and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in data-focused roles.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in the reinsurance industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems including SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and QlikView.
• Working knowledge of data lake technologies and big data platforms like Hadoop and Azure Data Lake.
• Strong expertise in data mapping and technical documentation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
