Description

You will manage data validation and reconciliation during the transition to a new homegrown accounting system.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Validate and reconcile data between the new accounting system and Oracle Financials.
• Extract and manipulate large datasets using Alteryx or similar tools.
• Create and execute workflows to automate data validation processes.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain data integrity and provide progress reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Financial Analyst with large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data extraction and workflow creation.
• Direct experience with data validation and reconciliation processes.
• Working knowledge of Oracle or similar financial systems.
• Ability to handle Big Data environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial systems.
