Description

You will analyze school system data and translate insights into actionable recommendations to help schools set goals and improve student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze statutory data across federal and state plans to identify overlaps and propose unification strategies.
• Build and maintain low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform) to display school system data and capture progress input.
• Create dashboards and tools enabling school systems to view centralized data easily.
• Develop automated data collection systems (forms, surveys, applications) to organize results for quick action.
• Build scoring tools and trackers (e.g., Excel scorecards) to monitor application review and progress over time.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Data Storytelling.
• 5 years of experience with Low code platforms.
• 3 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel.
• 1 year of proficiency with Data visualization, specifically Power BI.
• Experience working with state agencies or in the education sector.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of proficiency with Qualtrics.
• 1 year of proficiency with Smartsheet.
