You will own data analysis and reporting workflows to drive operational improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable results.
• Develop and implement customer-centric metrics and reporting solutions.
• Monitor and enforce data quality standards across all reporting outputs.
• Use data visualization to support performance and process streamlining efforts.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine analytical approaches.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience manipulating large datasets using statistical software.
• 4+ years of experience developing front-end reporting solutions.
• 4+ years of experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
• 4+ years of experience working with data visualization tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, conditional formulas, formatting, VLOOKUPs).
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Tableau Desktop certification.
