You design, build, and maintain data reporting pipelines and automation workflows to drive operational insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and operational insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Identify manual processes and develop automated solutions using SQL and Python to streamline workflows.
• Build interactive Tableau dashboards to provide real-time visibility into performance metrics.
• Ensure data quality and reliability through troubleshooting, updates, and documentation of processing steps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Reporting, Automation, or Data/Information Management Analyst roles.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, manipulating, and preparing data for reporting.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data analysis.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Ability to extract insights from complex datasets to answer business questions.
• Strong understanding of data quality checks, scalability, and reliability in reporting systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with SAS for analytics, reporting, and data manipulation.
