• 5+ years of experience in conducting research and policy analysis.
• Thorough knowledge of housing and community development issues, public policies, and programs.
• Strong writing and graphic presentation skills.
• Experience with MS Access and Excel databases.
• Proficiency with PowerBI.
• Proficiency with Tableau.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with MS Access.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of GIS database development and use.
• Experience developing and using GIS databases for demographic and housing research.
