You will analyze property and casualty insurance data to drive strategic decision-making. You translate business needs into technical specifications and define requirements for new data products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and curate metadata using established standards to ensure data discoverability.
• Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings for data integration projects.
• Design data products and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Python and R.
• Expertise in Metadata Management.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining.
• Experience working with data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
