Description

You will support communicable disease data reporting and analysis for epidemiological health information.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, clean, and transform public health and healthcare data using SQL, Tableau Prep, R, and GCP.
• Build analyses, visualizations, and dashboards for public reporting, decision analytics, and scientific publication.
• Maintain and enhance data products according to daily, weekly, or annual schedules.
• Document data cleaning steps, sources, filters, assumptions, and visualization processes.
• Identify and communicate data quality issues to ensure accuracy in processing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• 2 years of experience with SQL.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• 2 years of experience with ArcGIS and geospatial data.
• 1 year of experience with Tableau.
• Experience with R or Python.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to define requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with public health data.
• Knowledge of relational databases and WordPress.
