Description

You will manage data quality, reporting, and analytics for substance use, problem gambling, and mental health data.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data trends and collect metrics to identify outliers and actionable insights.
• Maintain data integrity by working directly with providers to clean and validate submitted data.
• Develop, review, and streamline SSRS reports and executive dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical staff to explain data trends and lineage.
• Perform technical testing on the Iowa Behavioral Health Reporting System (IBHRS).

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
• 3+ years of experience working with clinical data.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Microsoft Report Builder.
• 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• 3+ years of experience with relational database queries, including subqueries, versioning, and temp tables.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to use Excel for data visualization and analysis.
• Experience managing data quality and tracing data lineage from source systems.

Preferred Skills

• SSMS experience.
