Description

You will act as a hands-on individual contributor focused on executing engineering projects and managing data integration for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and manage data processing pipelines to support analytics requirements.
• Create data transformations that directly address specific business requirements.
• Validate and transform healthcare claims, membership, provider, and enrollment data.
• Execute ETL ingestion processes and manage data integration workflows.
• Apply data management best practices to all engineering projects.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Expert knowledge of healthcare data for both payers and providers.
• Deep understanding of claims, member, provider, and enrollment data.
• Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server for writing complex data transformations.
• Hands-on experience with C and .NET.
• Proficiency with SSIS and SSRS.
• Experience with Shell scripting.
• Any Graduate degree.
