job responsibilities include:

Develop business insights and analytical solutions using Microsoft Power BI and cloud‑based data querying tools.

Apply advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive business value.

Build and enhance data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting standards to support executive and operational decision‑making.

Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to integrate analytics into strategic planning and operational processes.

Support the development and refinement of predictive models to improve accuracy, relevance, and business outcomes.

Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and problem‑solving support across teams to elevate overall analytics maturity.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

4–8 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Strong data/querying skills within cloud environments.

Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple analytical priorities.

Advanced proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and predictive analytics.

Nice‑to‑have experience in planning domains such as Supply, Demand, and Procurement analytics.

Preferred (but not mandatory): Blue Yonder or Supply & Demand Planning platform exposure.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analytics into clear business recommendations
