You will drive cost efficiency and optimization through capacity growth and planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build tooling for forecasting, planning, and capacity management.
• Create models to address consumption and efficiency challenges.
• Present latest plans and recommendations to leadership.
• Implement forecast adjustments and existing planning processes.
• Collaborate with engineering managers to review system models and resource types.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Expertise in time series forecasting for compute resourcing.
• Experience with growth modeling and system model optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL and Apache Spark for querying Hive data.
• Deep understanding of managed service tech stacks and consumption-based problems.
• Ability to build data pipelines and datasets.
• Experience with SaaS environments and GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks.
• Proficiency in Tableau for BI reporting.
