Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams during rapid response moments.
• Develop systems and processes for real-time, cross-channel data gathering and assessment.
• Analyze large, complex social and digital datasets to solve non-routine problems using advanced analytical methods.
• Synthesize multiple data points from across the organization to provide actionable recommendations and context for decision-making.
• Lead non-hierarchical, cross-functional working teams to execute analysis plans.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in crisis-focused analysis for global organizations.
• Expert-level technical knowledge of social media platforms and digital data tools.
• Proficiency with SQL and BigQuery.
• Experience connecting multiple data sources and building dashboards in data visualization tools.
• Ability to build API connectors.
• Proven track record in story-based reporting, using data-based narratives to address strategic business questions.
• Experience working with minimal guidance and taking the first pass at analysis plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building rapid response data systems and processes for a global brand.
