You will provide data-driven insights to support FP&A activities, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and transform financial and operational data from ERP, CRM, and data warehouse sources.
• Develop and maintain data models, financial reports, and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to translate business needs into technical data requirements.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve infrastructure and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst within an FP&A function.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
• Familiarity with financial planning systems such as Anaplan or Hyperion.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
