You will provide data-driven insights to drive operational performance and decision-making through advanced modeling and visualization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Construct and iterate on dashboard visualizations and reports for stakeholders to enable transparent decision-making.
• Build qualitative and quantitative models to analyze platform performance and predict delivery risks.
• Maintain Python scripts supporting business management tooling, demand management, and data quality logic.
• Partner with dashboard engineering and product teams to recommend scalable data solutions.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to drive improvements in velocity, predictability, and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis within the tech industry.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries across SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Expertise in Power BI, including creating calculated measures and columns using DAX (Aggregate, Date, Logical, String, Level of Detail).
• Experience managing Power BI Report Server, including connection setups, report scheduling, row-level security, and bookmarks.
• Technical expertise in data modeling, database design development, and data mining techniques.
• Strong analytical ability to identify root causes and devise actionable approaches.

Preferred Skills

• Experience automating jobs using platform tools such as Jenkins.
• Knowledge of data warehouse architecture, infrastructure components, and ETL processes.
