Description

You will bridge the gap between Finance and technical teams to deliver scalable reporting and data modeling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define reporting requirements and document business process workflows with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Accounting, and Sales Ops.
• Design and maintain Power BI or Tableau dashboards, curated datasets, and semantic layers for variance analysis and spend tracking.
• Partner with IT and data engineers to extract and model data from SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure reporting accuracy through metric validation, logic documentation, and self-service tool enablement.
• Support data accessibility enhancements within modern platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BI development or financial analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with SAP data environments including S/4HANA, ECC, and BW.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical reporting solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Datasphere.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP data extraction tools such as CDS Views, BEx, or ODP.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse.
• Proficiency in Python, AI/ML tools, or semantic layer development.
• Understanding of financial metrics like general ledger, cost centers, and working capital.
