Description

You will design and implement data modeling strategies and end-to-end analytics solutions for large healthcare systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop normalized OLTP, OLAP, MDM, and dimensional models, including star schemas and hierarchies.
• Design data strategies and roadmaps for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial healthcare entities.
• Execute advanced SQL development involving analytic queries, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Lead initiatives for Data Quality, Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Migration.
• Ensure data security and compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and PII regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Erwin Data Modeler or equivalent modeling tools.
• Expert-level SQL skills including DDL, DML, DCL, and ANSI standard analytic queries.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare domain datasets (Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial).
• Strong understanding of Data Quality, Governance, Security, and Metadata management.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise-level data management solutions.
• Expertise in HIPAA, PHI, and PII regulatory requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Purview, Azure Maps).
• Experience with Snowflake DBMS.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau.
