You will perform deep data and business analyses to drive actionable insights and learning.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and monitor key performance metrics to drive business decisions.
• Automate and deliver core reporting to aid in data storytelling.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to address prioritized business needs.
• Execute causal analysis and provide thought leadership in ambiguous situations.
• Develop and maintain metrics that are simple to understand and easy to use.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Essential proficiency in C# for writing code and scripts.
• Experience with data mining techniques.
• Ability to write Cosmos scripts.
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio.
• Demonstrated ability to perform causal analysis.
• Strong data storytelling capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with Microsoft technologies.
