You perform complex statistical, financial, or operational data analysis and reporting to support management decision making.

Responsibilities

• Extract primary data from Oracle Database using SQL.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Identify, compile, and clean data for research projects.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Summarize and explain research findings and their implications.

Required Skills

• SQL proficiency for data extraction.
• Oracle database experience.
• Experience interpreting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency in queries and report writing.
• Experience developing data visualization dashboards with Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills to organize and disseminate large amounts of information.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in Data Management/Analysis.
• Ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders on business issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Business Objects or other reporting packages.
• Familiarity with XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in the Criminal Justice field.
