Description

You will support the RBM ASG team in maintaining daily billing processes and ensuring data quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing defects and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
• Develop data clean-up scripts for affected records and monitoring scripts for billing tasks.
• Generate billing dashboards and reports to track data quality and weekly progress.
• Capture and translate client requirements into functional business logic.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops to discuss progress and issues.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience with Netcracker’s RBM product.
• Proficiency in MySQL and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Strong RDBMS experience.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Competency with Unix/Linux command line.
• Experience using Git for source control.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Bachelor's degree.
