Data Analyst

You will analyze complex datasets to generate business insights and resolve data quality issues. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical specifications. You will develop dashboards and reports using visualization tools to support leadership decision-making. You will continuously improve data analysis processes and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into technical data specifications.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Resolve data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Improve data analysis processes and reporting frameworks.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in SQL and working with large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in payments or fintech industry.
• Familiarity with big data and cloud technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or BigQuery.
• Experience with Python or Java.
