You will analyze enterprise-level data to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop SQL queries from scratch based on specific business requirements.
• Manage ETL processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Analyze call, case, and order data from Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, and IVR.
• Build data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst at an enterprise level.
• 5+ years of experience writing and developing SQL queries from scratch.
• 5+ years of experience with ETL processes.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Experience working with Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, and IVR data sources.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.
