Description
You will analyze enterprise-level data to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop SQL queries from scratch based on specific business requirements.
- Manage ETL processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Analyze call, case, and order data from Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, and IVR.
- Build data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst at an enterprise level.
- 5+ years of experience writing and developing SQL queries from scratch.
- 5+ years of experience with ETL processes.
- Proficiency with Python.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, and IVR data sources.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.
