Description

You will act as the technical bridge between business requirements and data architecture implementation, owning the translation of needs into structural designs.

Responsibilities

• Draft data requirements to capture specific needs from business customers and stakeholders.
• Create data lineage and management artifacts, including data flow diagrams and data dictionaries.
• Assist business analysts in identifying and mapping relationships within complex datasets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external customers, and vendors to drive technical discussions.
• Design data architectures for highly complex business domains.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis or related technical roles.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis tasks.
• Strong command of SQL or other data querying languages for structure analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling products such as ER Studio.
• Experience with relational database structures, dimensional models, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of metadata management techniques and Big Data technologies.
• Familiarity with event-driven and message-based technical design patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Mortgage industry experience.
• Development experience with PL/SQL, DDL, XML, JSON, or SPARQL.
