Description

You will monitor and analyze diverse data streams to ensure the quality of software and hardware components.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service call data, Techpulse telemetry, 1E Client Data, and other sources on HP One.
• Analyze data streams to drive image quality and perform deep dives into software and hardware issues.
• Develop data quality metrics, standards, and models to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Create reports detailing quality metrics for related teams.
• Notify component owners when quality data analysis results trigger warnings or alarms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or support roles.
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• 2+ years of experience with Python scripting.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL queries.
• Experience with Hadoop, Spark, or other big data technologies.
• Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, and scrubbing using business rules.
• Strong understanding of database schemas and data flow diagrams.
• Solid background in statistics and mathematics.
• 2-4 years of experience within the PC industry.
• Software Quality Assurance mindset.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a similar field.
