You will lead a team of data analysts to ensure reporting accuracy, workflow efficiency, and timely delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Data Analysts to maintain smooth daily workflows.
• Analyze, clean, and organize datasets using Advanced Excel functions.
• Prepare accurate reports for management review.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Resolve data problems and escalate complex issues as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in team handling and leadership.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Expertise in data manipulation using Sorting, Merging, and Filters.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Any Graduate degree.
