Description

You will manage Salesforce software licenses to ensure compliance, optimize costs, and support tool utilization across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Salesforce licensing agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
• Analyze and forecast licensing needs by monitoring usage trends and company growth.
• Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to negotiate and secure licensing contracts.
• Resolve accounts payable queries related to invoices and purchase orders.
• Maintain internal documentation and provide training to end-users on licensing tools and policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant analytical or management role.
• Proficiency with Salesforce license management.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba.
• Experience with Data Analytics and Data Modeling.
• Knowledge of software license procurement and compliance processes.
• Experience handling accounts payable processes, including invoice and PO management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work independently.
