Drive data insights and reporting within regulated enterprise environments by gathering requirements, building datasets, and maintaining data pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive and operational MIS for credit, lending, finance, risk, and operations.
• Design and maintain data pipelines using SQL, SSIS, or DataStage to load the enterprise data warehouse.
• Build analytical dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Support regulatory reporting use cases and ensure audit-readiness for all datasets.
• Conduct workshops to align IT and business priorities with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years in data analytics or BI within BFSI or enterprise-grade regulated environments.
• Strong SQL proficiency across Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL, including performance tuning.
• Expertise in Power BI for developing analytical dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT patterns using DataStage or SSIS.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, DQ rules, and metadata tooling.
• Proficiency in Japanese business communication (JLPT N2+ or N1) and professional English.
• Experience operating within Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of GDPR and BFSI regulatory reporting concepts (e.g., BCBS 239).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
