Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze data using statistical tool sets.
• Apply measurement techniques like A/B testing and treatment control frameworks.
• Mine data and create data stories and visualizations.
• Collaborate with teams to drive data-driven decision making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and SAS (certified).
• Deep technical proficiency in data preparation and analysis.
• In-depth understanding of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in data mining and data visualization.
• Understanding of treatment control frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with R, Python, PowerBI, or PowerPoint.
• Previous knowledge of home financing, HELOCs, or mortgages in a banking setting.
