Description

You will serve as the primary analyst bridging data engineering and business needs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document data flows from source systems like Oracle, SQL MI, MongoDB, and file feeds.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries for critical datasets, defining elements and business context.
• Prepare detailed documentation covering data models, business rules, and transformation logic.
• Perform data profiling and validation to identify anomalies and improve data reliability.
• Develop and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks to drive business decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in a data analyst role focused on data mapping and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis and querying.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, specifically Oracle, SQL MI, and MongoDB.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and documentation standards.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical data specifications.
• Working knowledge of Python or R.
