Description

You will analyze and manage data within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and cleansing across Salesforce records.
• Build custom reports and dashboards using Report Builder and summary formulas.
• Document data entry procedures and reporting standards.
• Troubleshoot data issues and reporting discrepancies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning and/or Classic interface (intermediate/advanced functionality).
• Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
• Experience using data import/export tools like Data Loader.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Ability to create custom reports and utilize dashboard filters.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data validation rules and duplicate management.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Understanding of how data flows through Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Experience Cloud.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
