Description
You will analyze and manage data within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and cleansing across Salesforce records.
- Build custom reports and dashboards using Report Builder and summary formulas.
- Document data entry procedures and reporting standards.
- Troubleshoot data issues and reporting discrepancies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning and/or Classic interface (intermediate/advanced functionality).
- Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
- Experience using data import/export tools like Data Loader.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Ability to create custom reports and utilize dashboard filters.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data validation rules and duplicate management.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Understanding of how data flows through Salesforce.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Experience Cloud.
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
