Description

You will coordinate data aggregation and curate reports using existing business intelligence tools. You will perform ad-hoc strategic reviews of structured and unstructured data to reflect global real estate markets and asset operations. You will assist in developing data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize information for insight generation. You will define basic data requirements and gather information using statistical tests. You will apply modeling and optimization methods to improve business performance and develop ad-hoc reporting from existing data sources. You will confirm the quality and integrity of data sources. You will collaborate with agile development teams to recommend enhancements to processes. You will present detailed 'data stories' to business lines using rigorous judgment.

Required Skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with in-depth knowledge.
• Experience with analyzing information and applying standard practices to make judgments.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with data aggregation, curation, and reporting.
• Understanding of data structures, pipelines, and data quality integrity.
• Ability to present detailed 'data stories' to business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education considered.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience (or 5+ years as per working_exp field).

Preferred Skills

• MCSE and CNE Certification.
• Knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
