Description

You will own the delivery of actionable insights derived from business analysis.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of actionable insights in response to key business questions.
• Manage multiple short- and long-term projects to meet deadlines and advance business objectives.
• Lead analytics strategy within CRM, Omnichannel, and Loyalty spaces with marketing leads.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to define business focus areas.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 2+ years commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with a programming language, such as Python or R.
• Experience utilizing visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Familiarity with DAX (Power BI experience preferred).
• Experience leading analytical strategies across the commercial business.
• Experience working with large, complex, and sometimes incomplete data sets.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degrees.
• 3 years tenure in previous roles.
