Description

You will build machine learning models, predictive analytics solutions, and NLP tools while leading end-to-end development from data acquisition to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor AI/ML models, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability through responsible AI frameworks.
• Maintain data quality standards and metadata practices to support MLOps pipelines and secure data handling.
• Create executive-ready dashboards and automated reports using Power BI to visualize KPIs and operational metrics.
• Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for leadership and provide technical mentorship to departmental partners.
• Implement automated reporting systems that integrate AI-generated insights for real-time decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, AI/ML, or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI for developing Business Intelligence solutions and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Practical knowledge of MLOps principles, including model deployment, monitoring, and drift detection.
• Ability to manage end-to-end model development lifecycles and feature engineering.
• Experience with data strategy, governance, and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with geospatial analytics or automation tools.
• Background in establishing model risk management practices and bias testing workflows.
