You will coordinate data aggregation, curate reports, and perform strategic reviews of real estate market data to drive business insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate reports using business intelligence tools.
• Perform ad-hoc strategic reviews of structured and unstructured data for global real estate markets.
• Assist in developing data structures and pipelines to cleanse, standardize, and validate information quality.
• Define data requirements and apply statistical tests to gather and analyze information.
• Present detailed data stories and insights to business stakeholders using rigorous judgment.

Required Skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with in-depth proficiency.
• Experience with data aggregation, curation, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Understanding of data structures, pipelines, and data integrity standards.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems and apply standard analytical practices.
• Experience analyzing information and making data-driven judgments.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• MCSE and CNE certifications.
