Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling to Property & Casualty and Workers Comp data to drive actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Extract and manipulate data using advanced SQL queries.
• Manage and maintain data pipelines using SSIS.
• Develop visualizations and reports within Power BI.
• Write functional specifications and data analysis documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong domain knowledge of Property & Casualty and Workers Comp tables.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction.
• Experience with SSIS for data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, or Java.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of metadata management and data mining techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically within the property and casualty insurance industry.
