Description

Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to manage data integrity and transformation processes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between technical teams and business SMEs to gather requirements and understand data functionality.
• Execute data profiling to assess data quality and identify critical data elements.
• Develop source-to-target mappings (STTM), data lineage documentation, data models, and design documents.
• Standardize reference and master data across disparate systems through consolidation and transformation.
• Manage data mapping and transformation workflows to ensure data standardization.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in large-scale data applications focusing on analysis, mapping, and transformations.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Proven experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• Expertise in writing Source-to-target mappings (STTM) and business requirement gathering.
• Strong ability to perform data consolidation, transformation, and standardization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python.
