Description

You will drive capital markets projects, focusing on DDA Checking and Cash & Due, by analyzing data, defining requirements, and managing delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data sources, interfaces, and processes to identify and address capability or process gaps.
• Translate current system understanding into functional specifications for new enhancements.
• Liaise between Technology and Business teams to manage complex engagements end-to-end.
• Own the prioritization and delivery of projects to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Document business requirements and functional specifications through BRDs and FSDs.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in data analysis, project management, and business analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of capital markets, including trade flow and products.
• Understanding of wholesale lending risk programs and market function regulations.
• Hands-on experience with business analysis frameworks, documentation, and process flows.
• Proven ability to write Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Mandatory IIBA-AAC certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
