You will drive decision-making and prioritization across functions through data-driven insights and automated reporting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks and deliver analyses to guide business strategy and project prioritization.
• Build and automate models to provide stakeholders with insights on volume and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Data Science teams to influence roadmap decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership using data visualization.
• Analyze correlation and causation to connect specific actions to business impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic data science, or analytical roles within technology companies or high-growth startups.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Ability to independently break down large datasets and synthesize inputs from multiple sources.
• Strong understanding of experimental design, including A/B testing and statistical methods.
• Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Mode, or Power BI) to build reusable frameworks.
• Ability to communicate technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong product and user experience sense.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Proficiency in Python.
