Description

You will manage data workflows and system health metrics for the Platforms Operations team, maintaining integrity and addressing incidents.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system health and resolve operational incidents.
• Build internal tools to streamline data workflows.
• Track key performance indicators and communicate process improvements to VPs and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust backend processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in Python, including writing scripts and performing API calls.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data transformation and extraction using Databricks and Spark.
