Description

You perform complex data analysis to support ad-hoc and standing management or customer requests. You work with product partners to derive practical solutions from data, set up testing frameworks like A/B tests to measure performance, and analyze large datasets to understand the impact of product changes on the customer journey and revenue.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive cohort studies and analyses to understand customer behavior and identify product improvement opportunities.
• Transform scientific and data analysis results into clear business performance insights for product teams.
• Analyze page variance and project impact using pre- and post-change methodologies.
• Generate dashboards using Python or similar tools to visualize key metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a business analyst, data scientist, or in a related field.
• Expert-level SQL skills for complex data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency with Python for data analysis and dashboard generation.
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
• Familiarity with Jira for project tracking and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and causal inference.
• Ability to define quantitative problems and execute rigorous analysis.
