Description

You will manage project deliverables for PeopleSoft 9.2 HR strategic initiatives and coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee project deliverables for HR initiatives.
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure proper resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation.
• Facilitate communication to align projects with organizational goals.
• Apply Agile project management methodology to project workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management or related fields.
• Active PMP certification (certificate required for verification).
• Proven experience leading projects involving the PeopleSoft enterprise system.
• Hands-on experience using Agile project management methodology.
• Proficiency in HR and Personnel Management.
• Knowledge of Data Architecture.
• Availability for occasional on-site team meetings in Virginia.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on a part-time basis (20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, 9am to 2pm).
