You will transform raw data into actionable business intelligence through analysis, visualization, and requirement gathering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives and business leaders to identify requirements and process improvements.
• Structure large datasets and use graphs or infographics to visualize findings.
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
• Create presentations and reports based on data-driven recommendations.
• Work with analysts to process information and develop data dictionaries.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for writing complex queries.
• Expertise in Excel for data formatting and manipulation.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical documentation and JIRA stories.
• Proven ability in source schema mapping and reverse engineering.
• Experience establishing data governance, stewardship standards, and data policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake and Talend tools.
