Description

You will manage data integrity and analysis across organizational systems to support business requirements and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex SQL queries for reporting environments, data warehousing, and dashboard applications.
• Design, document, and implement new database systems, metadata, and data dictionaries.
• Create scripts to identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors in incoming datasets.
• Interface with high-level stakeholders to gather requirements and manage data projects through the full SDLC.
• Troubleshoot database input, retrieval, and modification issues to maintain enterprise data systems.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis and data management.
• Expert proficiency in SQL for querying, reporting, and error correction.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with data architecture and designing database implementation methods.
• Ability to perform complex data validation and identify discrepancies.
• Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and documenting technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to analyze and plan for data capacity requirements and technological changes.
• Develop and administer data standards, policies, and procedures to improve data governance.
