Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data from incident reports, ServiceNow tickets, and end-user devices
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Work with data from Microsoft platforms, Azure, and ServiceNow
Generate actionable insights for business and operations teams
Develop and maintain reports, metrics, and KPIs
Support automation and reporting initiatives using Microsoft tools
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Power BI and Excel
Experience analyzing large datasets and reporting trends
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and reporting tools
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to AI or AI-powered analytics tools
Experience with Power Automate
Experience analyzing device, incident, or operational data
