Description

Analyze incident data, ServiceNow tickets, and device metrics to generate actionable business insights. This role owns the reporting pipeline from data extraction to Power BI dashboard visualization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from incident reports, ServiceNow tickets, and end-user devices to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for business and operations stakeholders.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics using Microsoft platforms and Azure.
• Support automation initiatives for reporting and data processing using Power Automate and other Microsoft tools.
• Collaborate with teams to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying patterns.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Power Platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI or AI-powered analytics tools.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Background analyzing device, incident, or operational data.
