Description

You will manage data lifecycle, analysis, and modeling for Property & Casualty insurance systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex data and business analysis to support organizational needs.
• Manage data warehouse processes including ETL, integration, and profiling.
• Lead data modeling and migration projects using domain-specific expertise.
• Apply deep knowledge of Policy and Claims data within the insurance sector.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL scripting.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server.
• Proficiency in data modeling using ErWin or similar tools.
• Deep knowledge of Data Warehouse, ETL, and Data Migration workflows.
• Proven experience in Data Profiling and Data Integration.
• Subject matter expertise in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with legacy data migration in regulated industries.
