Description

You will analyze source data interfaces and technical requirements to support data migration and modeling efforts. You will define target data models, execute SQL queries to assess system architecture impacts, and resolve design defects alongside architects and developers. You will also facilitate sessions with business SMEs to align data rules with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling on source interfaces to identify null values, redundancy, and relationship patterns.
• Prepare data mappings for migration and define target data models.
• Execute SQL queries to assess how data fits within proposed system architecture and upstream/downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to design solutions and resolve design defects.
• Facilitate sessions with business SMEs to define data rules aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Expertise in SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server.
• Experience with Data Profiling Analysis.
• Strong understanding of data modeling.
• Ability to analyze complex system architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure SQL.
• AIA-Data Profiling Analysis certification or equivalent.
