Description

Analyze source data interfaces and technical requirements to support data migration and modeling efforts, defining target data models and resolving design defects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling on source interfaces to identify null values, redundancy, and relationship patterns.
• Prepare data mappings for migration and define target data models aligned with business requirements.
• Execute SQL queries to assess how data fits within proposed system architecture and upstream/downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to design solutions and resolve design defects.
• Facilitate sessions with business SMEs to define data rules aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Expertise in SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server.
• Experience with Data Profiling Analysis.
• Strong understanding of data modeling.
• Ability to analyze complex system architectures.
• Experience as a Data Modeler.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure SQL.
• AIA-Data Profiling Analysis certification or equivalent.
