Analyze complex healthcare datasets to drive data-informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured healthcare and insurance data from EHRs and claims.
• Leverage AWS services (S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, Lambda, QuickSight) to process, analyze, and visualize data.
• Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data ingestion and transformation.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support clinicians, executives, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy regulations.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis roles.
• 2+ years working with AWS data tools including Redshift, Athena, S3, and Glue.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with healthcare data such as claims or EMR data.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards like FHIR and HL7.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or AWS QuickSight.
