Description

You will act as a data integrator within the Modeling and Digital Strategy group to support predictive modeling and process development acceleration.

Responsibilities

• Collect and curate data from diverse sources including electronic notebooks, spreadsheets, slide decks, and instrument files.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness across all integrated datasets.
• Apply data standards, ontologies, and metadata to facilitate seamless integration and analysis.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and IT partners to identify data sources and define requirements.
• Support organizational data discovery, access, and sharing initiatives.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of experience in process development or data analysis within the pharmaceutical industry or a related domain.
• Experience with data standards, ontologies, and metadata specifically for pharmaceutical process development.
• Ability to handle complex, large-scale data challenges through analytical problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working within agile, cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in managing data from unstructured and semi-structured sources.
